Theo grew up in Sparta, Greece, where food was always about family and tradition. Traveling across his country, he fell in love with simple, authentic Greek street food. That same passion is what he brings here—fresh ingredients, honest flavors, and recipes that feel like home.

Since 2015, Theo and his daughters have poured their hearts into Gyros to Go. What began as a father’s dream to bring a piece of home to Georgia has blossomed into a family venture. Together, they embody resilience, passion, and tradition—welcoming you not just to a meal, but to a piece of their story and their home.
